How can I make my wife feel more sexy? (Her self perception) 

My husband and I have been married for 10 years. We have two kids. We only have sex about twice a year. I'm very shy and insecure about my body and sexuality. I have not allowed him to see me naked for some years now and I find physical intimacy embarrassing. My husband won't stay in the same room with me and sometimes even takes the dog for a walk. What can I do? Viewing porn is not an option. 

We have stopped having sex and I am afraid to talk about it with my spouse. What can I say to let me spouse know that I want more sex? What if he rejects me? I am not sure I can handle it. 

My spouse doesn't like to have sex as much as I do. Any suggestions on how to get her more interested in sex? 

Recently I had my tubes tied and my sex drive has diminished. My husband gets mad at me because he says he's the only one initiating it and that I'm not attracted to him any more. I am still very attracted to him. I just think we can be attracted to someone without having sex with them daily. How can we create a win/win so both of us are happy and he knows I'm still totally into him?
