I feel alienated from my spouse. He spends more time with his family than he does with me. I feel like I am married to his whole family. Any ideas on how I can get my spouse back?

I found out a couple of months ago that my wife of nine years was having an affair with a coworker. I was blindsided. I never thought she would do something like that to me. I am still completely lost. I don't know who to blame or if anyone should be blamed. I don't know if she is even the person I married. I don't know how to talk to her about the affair and I have no idea if our marriage is worth salvaging. How do I begin to sort out my life?

I find myself more and more angry lately. My doctor suggested that my anger might be stress related or that it could be depression. I don't see how my anger could be tied to depression. Can you help me understand this?

During the past few months I have felt down. I recently started reading about depression and realized that I am depressed. One of my biggest symptoms is the negative self-talk that I have running through my mind. It happens multiple times a day. My question is this, "What can I do to stop these negative thoughts?" One more thing, I realized that I have had these negative thoughts going through my mind for years.

Last night I dreamed I was arguing with my ex-husband. We’ve been divorced for over five years and I have healed and moved on, so why did I have that dream? I cannot think of anything that would have “triggered” it. How do I get my subconscious to move on with the rest of me?
